馬習會 馬英九：對台灣有利卻不做就是懈怠 很願意和民眾溝通

總統馬英九昨(4)日透過總統府秘書長曾永權發言強調願意在馬習會後到立法院報告，今(5)日馬英九再度親自說明，立法院本身在憲法上不監督總統，若立法院邀請去做國情報告，「我會接受」、「已經是做到最大尺度」。

馬英九離卸任還有半年多時間，他強調，只要在總統任期內，「我該做的事情(指馬習會)就不浪費」，即使民眾有意見，很願意溝通，若對台灣有利、對下一代有利但若不做，就是懈怠，「該做的事會勇敢去做，也會勇敢和民眾溝通，希望得到大家支持」。

馬英九表示，立法院本身在憲法上是不監督總統的，「但我還主動表示願意接受立法院邀請去做相關國情報告，等於已在目前的憲政體制下做到最大尺度」。
